I want to sincerely apologise for not having an episode today. Without going into to much detail I have a family member who is dying and I need to be there with him.   I would appreciate your prayers this weekend.   My prayer for us all this weekend is: Romans 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. 1 Samuel 2:11-10 Sermon I remember speaking to a gentleman once who was telling me how as a child he had been paddling in the sea and had been pulled out by a rip tide. One minute he was in the sea up to his waist the next he was being bashed against the rocks. He described being dragged under again and again and feeling a real sense of utter helplessness and fear that he was going to die. He was saved by his uncle and his mother who had swum out to save him. I don’t often feel that I’m ever in control. Anyone else feel like that? Sometimes Life just seems to push us around and we feel like we are just trapped in a current and there is nothing we can do. Anyone else have days like that?
